Polyurethane Floor System

Polyurethane resin is an altenative for floor coating. Thanks to special features, PU can be used in floor that needs for special function, for e.g., cold room, floor needed to be clean by steam. The main advantages of Polyurethane resin are

- Fast curing

- Excellent chemical resistance

- Good resistance to thermal shock

- Service temperature from -25 to +100 Degree Celcius

- etc.

1 Sealing coat Economic Solvent based Polyurethane coating (1-3 layers of 200-500 microns) Where easy-to-clean and dust-proof surface and low traffic area are required, indoor and outdoor; for e.g., m&e room, laboratory, etc.
2 Self leveling PU-MF type Self smoothing Polyurethane floor 3-6 mm Medium traffic area, smooth but non slip surface
3 Screed PU-HF type Polyurethane screed (6-20 mm) Heavy traffic are and high moisture pressure, non-slip surface
